Chapter 18 The Omega: Mated To The Four Chapter Eighteen The morning cfar too quickly. I wasn't ready to face another day of school, but Mariah insisted I couldn't keep avoiding it. As ! wheeled my bike out onto the dirt road, I saw the familiar black Jeep parked nearby. Of course, they were waiting for me.

Elijah leaned casually against the driver's side door, his arms crossed over his chest. Isaiah was perched on the hood, looking like he had all the tin the world, while the twins were sitting inside, their heads snapping up as soon as they saw me.

"Good morning, little mate," Elijah called, his tone irritatingly cheerful.

I ignored him, climbing onto my bike and pedáling away without so much as a glance in their direction.

"Stormi!" Elijah's voice followed me. "Con, let us give you a ride!" "No, thank you!" I yelled back, pedaling faster, I heard the Jeep's engine roar to life behind me, and soon they were trailinglike a pack of wolves stalking prey. They didn't try to forceinto the car this time, but their presence was enough to set my teeth on edge. 2 "Stop following me!" I snapped, not bothering to look over my shoulder.

"Not happening," Isaiah called back, his voice full of amusement.

By the tI reached school, my irritation had reached its peak. I parked my bike and stormed into the building, refusing to give them the satisfaction of looking back.

I checked my timetable and sighed. Chemistry. A class I liked on most days, but now dreaded because I shared it with Alex and Austin.

The chemistry lab was already buzzing with chatter when I arrived. I slipped into my usual seat near the back, hoping to keep a low profile. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed the moment the twins walked in.

Alex spottedfirst, his eyes lighting up with mischief. He nudged Austin, who smirked as they made their way toward me.

"Don't you dare," I muttered under my breath, but it was too late.

With matching grins, they swapped seats with the students on either side of me. Alex dropped into the seat on my right, while Austin took the one on my left.

"Looks like we're study buddies," Alex said, his tone dripping with amusement.

I shot him a glare that could have frozen lava. "Don't you have somewhere else to sit?" "Nope," Austin said, leaning back in his chair as if he owned the place.

I turned my attention to the front of the room, determined to ignore them. But their presence was impossible to block out. The faint scent of pine and spice that clung to them was intoxicating, and my wolf stirred restlessly inside me.

Their proximity made my skin tingle, and I hated myself for noticing Halfway through the lecture, Alex leaned closer, his voice low and teasing. "You're not the only one feeling it, you know." I stiffened, refusing to look at him. "Feeling what?" "The bond," he said, his tone serious now. "Everything you're feeling we feel it too-only ten times stronger," 1/2 Chapter Eighteen His words sent a shiver down my spine, but I quickly masked it with roll of my eyes. "That's your problem, not mine." He chuckled softly, the sound warm and infuriating. "Fair enough. But you should know, you'r think." not as good at hiding it as yout

I clenched my jaw, determined not to give him the satisfaction of a m reaction. Austin meanwhile, was quiet, though I could feel his gaze on me, heavy and unyielding.

The rest of the class was a blur. I tried to focus on the lecture, but the twins' presence made it nearly m impossible. Every tone of them shifted in their seat or brushed againstaccidentally, my wolf growled softly in approval. When the bell finally rang, I bolted from my seat, ignoring their call as I rushed out of the room.
