Lothar stared at James with a heavy expression.
"James, have you been meditating in seclusion?" Lothar asked.
"Yeah. Why?"
James was confused. He did not know why Lothar would ask such a question.
"You have the Verde Power?" Lothar could not believe it.
"What?"
James was taken aback. He did not expect Lothar to know about the Verde Power.
"What about it?" James asked, confused.
Lothar said, 'The Verde Power is the most supreme power in the Verde Academy and the
Verde District. Ever since the founding of the Verde Academy, only the founder cultivated
the Verde Power. The Five Houses of the Verde Academy never had the cultivation method
of the Verde Power, and Grandmaster never told anyone how to cultivate it. So, how did
you cultivate it?"
"About that...”
James hesitated slightly. After pondering for a moment, he decided to tell the truth.

Once the rest were gone, Waleria pinched James' ear and asked, "Why didn't you come
with me to the Theos Sect? Why the Verde Academy? Is the Verde Academy better than
the Theos Sect?"

At once, James pulled her arm and broke free of her grip. He said, "Why do I need to join
the Theos Sect just because you asked me to? Also, are we close? We only met by
chance."
"You're such a brat."
James' words angered Waleria.
Waleria treated James as one of her important friends, yet here was James saying their
meeting was by chance.
She was so furious that hatred filled her face. She looked cute when she was angry. She
did not look like the Grand Sect Elder of the Theos Sect at all.
"Alright, alright. I was just joking."
James immediately comforted her. Then, he changed the topic and asked, "Why aren't you
in the Theos Sect? What are you doing here?"
"I couldn't have a breakthrough, so I came out for a walk to relax."
Annoyed, Waleria sat on a rock.
