Chapter 405
"Please showyour key card," said Lori.
Yolanda passed the key card in her hand to Lori without any explanation.
Lori took a glance at the key card and said confidently, "This is a Cerulean Abode key card, and this is from the
villa in the best location of this development."
Lori's words made Bailee and the rest extremely disappointed and dumbfounded at the stime.
How could Yolanda possibly have a villa in Cerulean Abode?
Harold wouldn't be able to afford the cheapest unit here with his current financial capabilities.
Winnie looked at Yolanda with surprise. She had not seen Yolanda in a very long time. She had only heard about
Yolanda coming out of the juvenile detention center not too long ago from her family.
But, the Yolanda who had just handled matters with such poise and confidence was entirely different from the
timid girl from her memories.

"Yolanda, is this villa really yours?" Winnie asked carefully.
"Yes." Yolanda nodded.
However, before Winnie could continue asking Yolanda about the villa, Lori marched toward Yolanda with a stern
face and roared, "When did you purchase this villa? Did you buy it here from our sales office or did you get it
from somewhere else?"
Lori knew this villa very well. This villa would never be sold to another. Clearly, there was something wrong with
this authentic Cerulean Abode key card.
"I didn't buy this villa. Log-"
Before Yolanda could finish, she was rudely interrupted by Lori. "I knew it! | knew you didn't purchase this villa!"
She was acting like she had found skeletons in Yolanda's closet. She waved Yolanda's key card majestically in
front of everyone else and declared with a booming voice, "Tell us the truth.
"Who did you steal this key card from?"
If Yolanda was dressed like she was from a wealthy family, Lori would still assthat she was one of the Fuels.
However, Yolanda's outfit was worth less than one thousand dollars combined, so it was impossible for her to
have anything to do with Logan.
If she didn't steal the key card, how could she possibly have access to this? "It was stolen?"
Lori's words shocked everyone who was there. However, Bailee and the rest snapped back to their senses
quickly and thought that Lori's words made sense.
As for the other people at the sales office, their gazes were filled with disdain as they glared intently at Yolanda
like they were afraid that she would make a run for

"That's impossible! Yolanda wouldn't do that!" Only Winnie stood on Yolanda's
side without even the slightest bit of hesitation.
"You have to investigate this properly. Don't accuse Yolanda blindly."
Yolanda was a little surprised as she glanced at Winnie.
Anyone else who had heard what Lori had said would automatically assthat she had stolen the key card.
Only Winnie believed her. It seemed like the good impression the original Yolanda had toward Winnie wasn't
without reason.
Winnie's actions left a good impression on Yolanda. Yolanda would want to befriend people like this herself, and
not solely because of the original Yolanda.
"You're too naive, Winnie!" Bailee scoffed. "Did you forget what she did to land herself in the juvenile detention
center?"
"That must be a misunderstanding. That doesn't sound like Yolanda."
Winnie was slightly taken aback. She wanted to defend Yolanda but she couldn't find an appropriate way to.
Before that, she didn't believe that Yolanda would steal, but those around her insisted that Yolanda was thrown in
the juvenile detention center because she was caught red-handed for stealing. If Yolanda's parents didn't want to
investigate thoroughly, who was she to question that?
No matter how long Yolanda was detained, to Winnie, Yolanda was still the kind cousin that she once knew and
wasn't problematic at all.
Now, all Yolanda needed to do was explain herself regarding the key card and everything would be resolved, so
Winnie was adamant about standing with Yolanda.
"I believe that you didn't steal it, Yolanda, but you have got to explain yourself so others will believe you as well."
"What else is there to explain? Old habits die hard. I've known from the start that she would play the strick
again."
Eleanor took the opportunity to insult Yolanda further. Her words were harsh and unforgiving.
