Chapter 403
"How much?" Tony's smile froze. "68 million dollars?"
It was true that his family was wealthy, but he didn't currently hold any actual position within his family business
since he had other siblings as well. It would be painful for him to purchase this villa at full price with cash.
However, Bailee responded nonchalantly, "Only 68 million dollars? Looks like houses here aren't that expensive,
huh? 68 million dollars is just pocket change for our Tony here."
Then, she shifted her voice up an octave as she flirted with Tony, "I like this one, Tony. Let's get this one."
Bailee was very eager for Tony to buy her that villa. She had to ensure that her nwas on the title deed so
Tony wouldn't regret his decision and break up with her. Then, she wouldn't have to be afraid that her fake
identity as an aristocrat and miracle doctor would get exposed.
She had been milking the glory of being a miracle doctor ever since she was fired by the hospital.

Since only the Fuels and a handful of people from the hospital knew the truth, many people still took her for the
Fuels' savior since she had decent acting skills.
Because of how unashamed Bailee was, and because of all the news that had appeared, many wealthy young
men with substantial backgrounds expressed their interest in Bailee.
Bailee chose Tony in the end and baited him with her expertise in medicine and her association with the Fuels so
he would be willing to buy her a house.
"This one here may look good, but if we look carefully, it's still pretty flawed..." Tony's expression was stiff and
unnatural, but he still pretended to look at the development's scale model with much interest.
"Look here, this is too close to the garden. It would be really noisy in the summer for sure. Also, the villa is facing
the west.
"You might be able to see the mountains from afar but it's not that great a location since it'll be really dark and
humid during the day without much sunlight. It won't be that great for your mom's health as she gets older,"
Tony replied as he turned to look at Leah.
"I'd like to see other houses with a similar price point. Show us more."
Tony may have asked for other units with similar price points, but his underlying meaning was to ask Leah if they
had anything cheaper than this.
Leah serviced many clients on a daily basis. Naturally, she understood what Tony meant. She sneered before
replying, "Sir, this is the cheapest unit here in Cerulean Abode.
"The only reason it's so cheap is because of its bad location. Most people here to buy houses are businessmen
who generally prefer units with natural light in the day to signify the beginning of hope and wealth as they start
their day.
"That's why this is a special promotional unit with a very affordable price of 68 million dollars. This is definitely
the cheapest unit around here. As for the other units, they would be at least 100 million and above, especially
the one in the central district. That villa is a whopping 300 million.
"There are really no other units cheaper than the one you have chosen."
Bailee and Eleanor's expressions contorted after hearing what Leah had to say.
Since Bailee had said hurtful things before this, Winnie couldn't help but retort, "If you can't afford this, why spin
such a pretty tale? This isn't the only unit that has a mountain view.
"There are two more units there facing the east. Isn't that right?"
"What did you mean by that, Winnie?" Eleanor glared at Winnie. Her eyes bulged threateningly as she pointed
aggressively at Winnie. "Are you doubting my future son-in-law's capabilities?"
Tony's face darkened as he heard what Eleanor had said.
"Did | say anything wrong?" Winnie wouldn't say things like this on a normal basis, but she was utterly disgusted
by Bailee, Eleanor, and Tony's arrogant, haughty attitude. So, she provoked them deliberately in retaliation.
"We're the ones buying the villa. How's that any of your business? Who gave you the audacity to order us
around?" Eleanor snided.
