Wilbur had called Faye first and only called Ryder to give him sinformation to send back to the Department of Paranormal

Despite the fact that he had promised Paul not to spread the news about Light Valley, there had to be a cover-up for the internal
war happening in Cametra, and that was an update on the situation with the two factions.
Wilbur knew that Light Valley was going to use the two factions if they wanted to do anything. Wilbur did not have to care about
Cametra's internal affairs, so he could skip bringing up Light Valley. However, he would at least have to tell the department about
the conflict between the two factions.
