I won't let him bug you, and I certainly won't make you support Shaw Corporation." Theo patted her head and said gently, "I am expected to give him the monetary gift. As for the business side of things, I don't mind giving him projects if he would just behave himself." The Gray family was wealthy and prestigious. Needless to say, they could overlook such a trifling matter. However, Sierra wouldn't have any of it. She was resolved to handle her familial matters on her own.
Meanwhile, Vera helped Xavier back to his room. She said as she applied ointment for him, "Obey your dad whenever he asks you to go to your room. Leavebe and don't meddle in our business." Xavier hung his head. He was still coming to grips with the fact that William whipped him with a belt. "Mom, why didn't Dad like Sierra?" She was startled and accidentally poked his wound, causing him to gasp sharply.

"Also, not only did that prick of a daughter refuse to obey me, but she actually had the gall to threaten me. Son of a bitch. Every last one of you is really itching for a beating."
Sierra was in low spirits, and Theo didn't feel safe, leaving her hm alone. However, he had to sign an important agreement in the afternoon. So, he gave a call to Madison and asked her to keep Sierra company.
